The La Casa Team

La Casa, the Club at Encanterra has four Compass Points which are used to guide the team in its delivery of service every single day; they are Enriching, Exclusive, Inviting, and Refreshing.

• Enriching in the sense that the Club is about making its Members feel better, through invigorating workouts, delicious food, or a place to make new friends.
• Exclusive in that this experience is reserved only for those who have chosen to make Encanterra their home. 
• Inviting because La Casa is, in essence, a 60,000 square foot extension of every home in the community.
• Refreshing because every day Members will be treated in a way that has them leaving feeling even better than when they came.

There are several people here on staff whose only responsibility is to facilitate your every need and desire which is quite different than anywhere else. Which means it is their mission to anticipate the need before a Member asks, it means the team at La Casa at Encanterra focuses every day on a “yes, we can” attitude.

It is this simple fundamental thought that guides them as they anticipate the preferred latte style of the regular at Explorations Cafe & News, or as they prepare the golf car with a few extra towels on that rare rainy day, or as they wash the private Member golf cars as they’re inside enjoying a meal. It’s about asking the question “What would make the Member’s life better today?” and then proceeding with vigor at completing the answer.
